By using PostPilot ("Service", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PostPilot is a tool that helps you create, schedule, and publish content to LinkedIn and X (Twitter). You connect your social accounts and use the Service to generate and schedule posts. We do not guarantee any specific results, reach, or engagement.
3. Your Account and Content
You are responsible for your account and the content you create and publish. You must not use the Service for spam, misleading content, or anything that violates LinkedIn or X's terms. You retain ownership of your content; by using the Service, you grant us the rights needed to operate it (e.g. storing, processing, and posting on your behalf).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent limits, share your account with others in violation of these terms, or use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with LinkedIn, X, OpenAI, and other providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for their actions or availability.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid).

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
